Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience and be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization within our environment.

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to analyze data, generate insightful reports, and provide training and support to new team members.

The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, performing data entry, validation, and reporting, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Competencies

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Commerce, Management, IT, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent. Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
