Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled conversational AI engineer to build, configure and optimize conversational flows in our platform.

About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects, translating business requirements into structured dialogue flows, handling multiple branches, edge cases and real-life conversation patterns.
  • You will integrate our agents with external platforms via workflow automation tools.
  • As part of our team, you will debug, test and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • We expect you to document workflows and provide best practices for scalable agent builds.
  • Collaboration with our internal team is key to delivering client-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in conversational AI, automation or related fields.
  • Proven expertise with conversational flow creation, preferably using our platform.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make.com and/or n8n.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects showing real conversational flows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms for a broader perspective.
