  • Assess inbound leads from various sources to determine their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs.
  • Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
  • Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of student needs and aspirations, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
  • Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (added advantage if you come from a sales background).
  • Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up.
