We deliver end-to-end fit-out projects for premium clients, from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution and final handover.

Job Summary:

This senior leadership role leads the delivery of commercial interior projects in Bengaluru, focusing on repeatable, high-quality workspace models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage turnkey fit-out execution: interpret designs, manage procurement, site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Create and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
