Project Coordinator

At bp pulse, we're on a mission to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and help create an electric future. As part of our high-performing team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the success of our EV infrastructure deployment.

This exciting opportunity involves building out and tracking projects, submitting large-scale service and equipment orders, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in SAP. You'll engage daily with our US development, execution, and finance teams to deliver plans and meet shared goals.

  • Purchase requisitions: review approved vendor proposals, determine required data, and enter it into SAP.
  • Purchase orders: monitor PR status, verify PO matches PR, including tax indicators, and submit for processing by the FBT team.
  • Invoices and goods receipts: upon receipt of approved invoices, verify invoice details, enter goods receipts in SAP, and submit invoices to BP Accenture.
  • Vendor change orders: enter all change orders in the Change Order Tracker for each project GC contract, develop PAFs, and submit for approval.
  • Project financial close-out: submit financial close-out packages to Fixed Assets, verifying receipt of all invoices, posting invoices, closing all POs, preparing cost reports, developing asset costs, and identifying assets to be removed.

As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems, including SAP PR4.
  • Understanding of end-to-end P2P process and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of process improvement scoping, planning, and delivering.
  • Experience with commercial cost awareness and systematic analysis of root causes of inefficiencies.
