Graphic Designer for E-commerce and Digital Advertising

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create high-performing ad creatives and product packaging for our e-commerce brand.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) that drive conversions and sales. You will also collaborate with our performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved performance. Additionally, you will work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and appeals to target audiences.

You will translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats, staying up-to-date with the latest design and advertising trends in e-commerce and D2C sectors. Your deliverables must maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with our brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
