Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on core HR, workflow, personalization, security, and payroll modules.
  2. They will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy these solutions.
  3. A strong understanding of HCM business processes and data flow is essential for this role.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in HCM consulting, with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations using Oracle Cloud HCM.
  2. Expert working experience in at least 2-3 of the following modules: Time & Absence, Benefits, Payroll & Accounting, Labour Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learn.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with experience in client-facing roles, managing teams, and interacting with stakeholders.
