About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Zill Consulting as an XM Solutions Consultant, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth expertise in the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements, collaborating with clients to scope projects effectively.
  • Provide expert-level technical support, resolving complex implementation challenges independently or as part of a team.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to clients through regular calls and email updates.
  • Design and deliver training programs for clients on specific aspects of the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions.
  • Stay adaptable and continually develop in-depth product knowledge, exploring new technologies and methodologies.
  • Contribute to building strong relationships with clients, ensuring Zill Consulting's reputation as a trusted partner.
  • Manage implementation activities, including time commitment, budget, and risk management.
  • Ensure project documentation is current and up-to-date, providing support to the project team as needed.
  • Respond to client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, with a strong background in SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp complex software and learn new technologies, with a solid foundation in data analytics and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Prior experience working with international clients, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Certification or deep experience with the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable, with knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Decipher and Confirmit being an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset, with agility in learning and adapting to new technologies and industry changes.
  • Solid track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
