
Ecommerce Growth Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive ecommerce growth and conversion across Indian and International marketplaces. This role involves managing multiple product lines, improving visibility, and optimizing online sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage product lines across one or more geographies
- Develop a full-funnel customer acquisition strategy incorporating keyword optimization, paid PPC ads, and competitor positioning
- Monitor and analyze metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, ACOS, etc.
- Utilize promotional tools like sponsored ads, coupons, discounts, etc., to boost sales
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports on product lines using internal tools
- Explore off-marketplace strategies such as email lists, landing pages to attract repeat customers
- Continuously learn new marketing methods to stay ahead of the curve
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of ecommerce experience, specifically on the Amazon marketplace
Strong understanding of PPC ads on Amazon
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Self-motivated individual who can prioritize their work effectively
