Job Title: Corporate Project Manager

 

Job Description:

  • Maintain oversight of project activities, monitoring progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Evaluate designs and quantity take-offs in consultation with associate consultants for further value engineering and finalizations.
  • Support clients in onboarding consultants as per project requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with all consultants and stakeholders to develop the design brief, plan meetings, and manage deliverables, promoting effective communication.
  • Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Coordinate with base-builders during design development and track deliverables, guaranteeing timely completion.
  • Submit regular reports to clients and consultants, keeping them informed about project progress.
  • Manage contracts and vendors to facilitate swift and smooth functioning, optimizing resources.
  • Supervise stakeholder work and notify deviations from agreed parameters, ensuring accountability.
  • Determine and review work measurements, certifications of bills, invoicing, and receivables of associated vendors, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in corporate interiors construction.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
  • Independent handling of a project with complete pre-construction, construction, and post-construction scope.
  • Strong understanding of project design, tendering, budgeting, planning, and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with construction standards, methods, assemblies, plans, specifications, regulations, and codes.
  • A working knowledge of accepted accounting principles and project cost-accounting practices.
  • Project management certification and professional memberships are optional but beneficial.
