Lead Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the construction process for complex projects.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in modern construction methodologies.

This role demands strategic thinking, technical depth, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive value engineering and execution excellence.

  • Tender & Technical Review:
  • Analyze tender documents and drawings
  • Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications
  • Construction Methodology:
  • Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies
  • Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery
  • Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to management and clients
  • Design Coordination & Value Engineering:
  • Collaborate with design teams for construction-friendly designs
  • Coordinate with external consultants for design/drawing alignment with client specifications
  • Optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Technology & Equipment Expertise:
  • Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment
  • Handle methodologies for complex structures
  • Site & Execution Support:
  • Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions
  • Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Communication & Documentation:
  • Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in modern construction techniques
  • Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles
  • Familiarity with latest construction technologies and project management methods
  • Knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction
  • Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting technical drawings and sketches
