Technical Strategy Leader

We are seeking a visionary technical leader to drive and shape our AI-driven products and software solutions.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances scalability, and fosters innovation.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products or any software products, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery and seamless integration across all departments.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain a robust, scalable tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements, identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies, with a strong focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams, with expertise in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies, with a deep understanding of modern development tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure, with a focus on security, compliance, and data protection.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
