AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled subject matter expert to design and develop interactive video content for a Generative AI certification program.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and instructional design with a passion for storytelling and learner engagement.

You will play a key role in shaping how learners understand Generative AI by creating scenario-based videos that simplify complex concepts, align with certification objectives, and prepare learners for success in AI-driven workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate certification objectives into engaging and learner-friendly video scripts.
  • Design scenario-based interactive videos that align with Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge levels.
  • Provide real-world examples and case studies of Generative AI applications across industries.
  • Ensure accuracy, ethics, and relevance of all content.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, media specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality content.
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously refine content for improved learner engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Experience in instructional video design, eLearning, or curriculum development.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear, and engaging ways.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for educational content.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Educational Technology.
