Data Analyst Trainee

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Data Analyst Trainee, where you will be equipped with the skills to transform data into actionable insights.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or related field) from an accredited institution
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 60% or above throughout your academic career

As a Data Analyst Trainee, you will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills

While not mandatory, experience in global internships or projects within the automotive industry is highly valued.

Additionally, you should be prepared for a two-year training agreement, which may involve training in Germany for a specified period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality reports within stipulated timelines
  • Continuously optimize and automate reporting processes
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards using modern visualization tools
  • Enhance practical knowledge and expertise in various processes and methodologies
  • Participate in training and skill development workshops and seminars
  • Understand and align with the organization's vision, mission, and objectives
  • Collaborate with local and global team members on project tasks
  • Compile and present reports on assigned mini-project progress and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Desirable Skills:

  • Excel VBA programming skills
  • Microsoft Access VBA programming skills
  • Tableau proficiency
  • Experience with global internships or projects involving international clients
  • German language skills
