Enterprise Architect Consultant

This is a highly skilled professional who will drive business outcomes by aligning IT strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business analysis, and strategic planning.


Job Description:
  • Drive business outcomes by aligning IT strategy with business goals.
  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business analysis, or strategic planning.
  3. Strong understanding of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, data and predictive analytics.
  4. Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Experience:
  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry, preferably in telco value chains (Concept to Market, Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Trouble to Resolve).
  • Understanding of various BSS modules and Telco Journeys, such as Lead/Opportunity management, CRM, Order Management, CPQ, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Collections, Channels, Customer Care, etc.
