Job Opportunity: Utility Network Expert

We are seeking highly skilled GIS professionals to join our team in delivering top-notch ArcGIS Utility Network solutions. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in ArcGIS Enterprise administration, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client engagement, solution design, project execution, data migration, and technical support. They will also provide expert-level user support and develop advanced network analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design customized ArcGIS Utility Network solutions.
  • Turnkey Project Execution: Lead all phases of Utility Network projects, from initial design and configuration to full implementation and deployment within client environments.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Architect and perform complex data migration from legacy systems into the Utility Network.
  • Managed Services & Administration: Provide ongoing remote administration, maintenance, and support for client deployments.
  • Technical Leadership & Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. 3-5 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro are also needed.
