Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of sales and marketing experience, with a strong background in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IRDA and AMFI certification.
- Strong control over local language.
- Experience of doing business in the given region.
