Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all labor laws and regulations are adhered to. This includes reviewing legal documents, evaluating vendor compliance, and conducting internal audits.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive our compliance efforts forward.
- Conduct thorough reviews of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate their compliance with labor laws.
- Lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address non-compliance issues.
- Provide regular updates on audit status and findings.
MSW or equivalent certification in Labor Laws is required. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field is also necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to communicate complex information effectively is also crucial.
