Job Title:

Technical Leadership Role

Are you a seasoned technical expert looking to take on a leadership role? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and driving team success?

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects, leading teams, and driving innovation. They will be responsible for owning delivery of product and project commitments, participating in product roadmap discussions, and providing input on design, modelling, and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of new products, solutions, and processes, drive efficiency and productivity, and create designs that improve system components.
  2. Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, drive team success, and create a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  3. Quality Assurance: Define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), build systems that meet NFR requirements, perform design and code reviews, and oversee project logistics and resource allocation.
  4. Technical Excellence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, suggest the best design and implementation methodology, and mentor team members.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, build and develop required competence in the team, and prepare team members for future roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7-15 years of experience in delivery, development, and team management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology, and frontend technologies like EMV knowledge and Android POS development experience.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL and NoSQL.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and stakeholders.
