Telehealth Consultant Job Description

About the Role

This position involves providing online consultations to patients with rheumatologic conditions. As a telehealth consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing patient history and medical records digitally, prescribing e-prescriptions through our secure system, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance with medical ethics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide online consultations to patients with rheumatologic conditions (arthritis, autoimmune disorders, joint pain, etc.).
  • Review patient history and medical records digitally.
  • Prescribe e-prescriptions through our secure system.
  • Be available for per-minute calls, chats, and scheduled sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold an MBBS + MD / DM / DNB in Rheumatology / Internal Medicine (with specialization).
  • Be registered with NMC / MCI / State Medical Council.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (post-PG preferred).
  • Be tech-friendly and comfortable with digital consultations.
  • Possess strong communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
