Key Responsibilities of a Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

Senior full stack developers play a pivotal role in the success of our technology projects. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

As a senior full stack developer, you will be responsible for handling key tasks including requirement analysis, design activities, collaboration with stakeholders, coding best practices, and stringent source code control procedures.

The ideal candidate will perform hands-on coding, unit testing, behavior-driven development (BDD), and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Mentoring and training new and existing team members, fostering teamwork, and ensuring timely updates and delivery are also key responsibilities of this position.

  • Understand requirements from multiple documentation sources.
  • Assist Architects in design activities and provide accurate effort estimations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.

The selected candidate must maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables, track progress, report status, and proactively raise risks/issues.
