Procurement Strategy and Sourcing Lead

Join a dynamic team as we invite applications for the role of Procurement Strategy and Sourcing Lead. In this critical position, you will be responsible for driving sourcing strategy and procurement for new products and product transfer.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial product application experience, preferably in the Modular Data Center industry. This individual will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively convey ideas and negotiate contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Leading project purchasing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging innovation from suppliers.
  • Monitoring projects, ensuring process compliance, and resolving issues.
  • Contribute to category strategies, fostering supplier relationships, and developing advanced business continuity plans.
