Bench Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Bench Sales Representative. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, achieving placement targets, and building relationships with vendors.
Daily tasks include:
- Engaging with potential clients and vendors through email and phone calls
- Understanding client requirements and needs
- Negotiating payments and payment terms
- Coordinating with subject matter experts on bench for interviews and placements
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in sales and vendor management
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology
- Knowledge of US states and visa regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in email marketing and cold calling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience working in the US staffing industry is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
