Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Bench Sales Representative, located on-site in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Representative will be responsible for marketing the bench consultants, achieving placement targets and building relationships with vendors. Daily tasks include drafting and sending emails to vendors, calling potential Clients & Vendors, understanding client requirements, negotiating payments and payment terms, coordinating with POC(s) and consultants on bench for interviews and placements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Bench Sales and Vendor Management
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and terms
  • Must have knowledge on US States and Visa terms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with email marketing and cold calling
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Experience working in the US staffing industry is Mandatory (Especially into Bench Marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
