Finance Expert Sought

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, managing financial close, and providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
  2. Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  3. Provide timely, accurate and insightful analysis of results.
  4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Managing end-to-end accounting and processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C.
  2. Ensuring compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and enforcing company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls.
  3. Leading financial close review with Finance Leadership.
  4. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Knowledge of Nodal Account, Payment Gateway Reconciliations, E-Commerce transactions.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
