We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NodeJS and ReactJS, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in these technologies.

Job Description

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing front-end and back-end applications. This will involve writing clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS, as well as collaborating directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance existing front-end and back-end applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features.
  • (Optional but valuable) Contribute to system design and architecture when needed.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and basic DevOps (AWS/DynamoDB experience is a plus).
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable availability.
  • Communication in English/Hindi/Bengali (no strict requirement).
