Front-End Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Engineering Manager to lead our front-end development team at a remote location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor senior front-end engineers to deliver high-quality applications using NextJS, ReactJS, and React Native.
  • Translate complex UI/UX designs into functional and high-performance components.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to create scalable and maintainable front-end solutions.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
  • Maintain and evolve our UI component libraries and design systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI issues across browsers and mobile environments.
  • Develop and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and technical debt reduction plans.

Must Have Technical Proficiency:

  • Be an excellent communicator in English.
    • 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on NextJS, ReactJS, and React Native.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and JSX.
    • Deep understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
    • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and responsive design techniques.
    • Experience building apps for both iOS and Android using React Native.
