We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Content Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of the content development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content for finance programs designed specifically for clients.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that the content meets quality standards, follows industry trends, and meets client needs.

  • Create financial and business skills content
  • Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Maintain and update the content repository
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content
  • Review team members' and freelancers' content
  • Support proposal and training outline design
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content

You will also play a crucial role in organizing meetings and delivering 'train the trainer' sessions, facilitating client support activities through timely communication, and supporting trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate excellent presentation and verbal skills, fluency in English, and sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
