Job Title: Application Intern

About the Role

This role is focused on supporting our operations as an Application Intern.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing application processes end-to-end across official cruise line portals for maritime candidates applying to global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit client applications accurately and efficiently across various cruise line platforms and official portals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise line eligibility requirements, processes, and document checklists to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organise and manage necessary documentation for each applicant in a timely manner.
  • Track progress of submitted applications and coordinate regular follow-ups with internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow and status updates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and generate weekly reports for management review and analysis.
