Identity and Access Management Developer

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing identity lifecycle management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement identity and access management solutions
  • Develop and customize workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors
  • Migrate systems and handle complex provisioning scenarios
  • Configure applications such as Active Directory, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, and more
  • Implement self-service features and password reset flows
  • Build and configure in-built SailPoint tasks and integrate third-party systems
  • Work with SailPoint APIs to develop custom functionalities and service adapters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in IAM with 3+ years specifically in SailPoint IIQ
  • Strong development background in Java, JDBC, Java Beans, and web technologies
  • Experience in SailPoint IIQ deployment and proficient in RBAC analysis and implementation
  • Hands-on experience in provisioning systems and strong understanding of SailPoint LCM
  • Experience with web services using SOAP, REST, and OAuth 2.0
