Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and strong English language proficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized service to our international guests, responding to booking enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, and communicating effectively via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, and areas
  • To answer booking enquiries of guests in a prompt and professional manner
  • To assist with marketing tasks as required

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in tourism or public relations is preferred
  • Fluent English language skills with excellent grammar
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good computer skills, including typing and multitasking ability
