**Job Title: Fitness Manager **

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness training to clients.

  • You will be responsible for assessing clients' fitness levels, creating personalized training programs, and tracking progress.
  • You will provide expert advice on exercise techniques, form, and safety.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients and encourage a positive fitness experience.

The ideal candidate will have a certification in personal training from a recognized organization and experience working with a diverse range of clients with different fitness levels and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group training sessions based on the client's fitness level and goals.
  • Assess clients' fitness levels, create personalized training programs, and track progress.
  • Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, form, and safety.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and encourage a positive fitness experience.
  • Motivate clients to stay consistent with their fitness routines and meet their fitness goals.
  • Adapt sessions based on clients' progress and feedback.

**Requirements:**

  • Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).
  • A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a personal trainer (1-2 years preferred).
