With over 5 years of coaching experience, our team works both in-person in Bangalore and online with global clients, tackling fat loss, muscle gain, and lifestyle disorders through science-backed methods.Role Overview – Personal Fitness TrainerWe're looking for a passionate and certified fitness professional who thrives on delivering impactful training experiences.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.You'll work with motivated clients, delivering one-on-one sessions, group workouts, and corrective training programs, all while being part of a supportive and expert-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 1:1 and group training sessions at client or partner locationsDesign personalized fitness programs based on individual goalsGuide clients with corrective exercises and injury-preventive techniquesTrack progress and keep clients motivatedEnsure safety and professionalism in every sessionEducate clients on fitness, recovery, and overall healthRequirementsProven experience in fitness instruction and group trainingCertified in Personal Training or equivalent (mandatory)Knowledge of corrective exercise techniquesStrong communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a bonus)Must own a personal vehicle for travelResiding in or able to travel to: Sarjapur, Koramangala, Marathahalli, HSR, or BellandurCompensationPayment will be session-based, depending on the number of training sessions conducted.
