Lead Dynamic Project Teams

We seek an experienced and innovative Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex IT projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution, manage budgets and resources effectively, and guarantee project deliverables meet client expectations.

About the Role
  • Leverage industry-standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects efficiently.
  • Determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, creating comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Manage project finances, resources (human capital, tools), and risks, implementing mitigation strategies for successful completion.
  • Maintain open communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular status updates and reports.
  • Evaluate project deliverables quality, ensuring they satisfy client requirements and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading IT projects with significant success.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid.
  • Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team motivation.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities in a project context.
  • Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure concepts.
