This role involves maintaining JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for our global customer base. You will collaborate closely with internal and external resources to ensure optimal application performance, proposing innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in supporting customers and ensuring service level agreements are met. This includes liaising with the applications team/external suppliers to address issues and ensure timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first- and second-line support to customers.
  • Communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues.
  • Taking a proactive approach to problem management, aiming to minimize recurring incidents and their impact on the business.
  • Supporting junior consultants with functional queries and participating in project lead activities.
  • Establishing trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers, fostering open communication and alignment on goals.

For success in this role, you'll need at least 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle JD Edwards, focusing on core Distribution modules such as Inventory, Sales, Advanced Pricing, and Procurement.

Knowledge of Transportation and/or Advanced Warehousing modules is highly desirable. Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL is also beneficial.
