As a Principal Engineer in our Vlsi Design Engineering team, you will drive technical solutions for next-generation memory products.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement architecture of high-speed IO and datapath solutions to meet product specifications and requirements.
  • Work closely with the team and actively participate in technical discussions and reviews.
  • Proactively resolve design issues and problems.
  • Contribute to or propose innovative design solutions and methodologies.
You are required to have a degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering. Additionally, hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal design environments is necessary.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in IO circuit blocks used in memory products is also required. Furthermore, familiarity with custom design methodologies, calibration, JTAG design requirements, and understanding of high-speed IO circuits and datapath design are essential skills. Strong knowledge of analog layout techniques, including floor-planning, matching, shielding, and parasitic optimization, as well as an understanding of datapath circuits, such as pipelining, digital design, STA, fan-out, and load estimation, is also needed.
