Job Title: Pensions Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pension strategies and implementations to drive growth and improve online presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive pension strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimizing on-page elements including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content.
  • Developing and executing link-building strategies to increase domain authority and page rankings.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content.
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and working with the development team to implement necessary changes.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and SEO performance.
  • Providing regular reports and insights on SEO performance and recommending actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Managing and mentoring junior SEO specialists, if applicable.
Requirements:
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Pensions Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful pension campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of pension best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in backlinking SEO and off-page creation.
