A skilled Hydraulic Engineer with advanced technical expertise is required to lead hydraulics installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement hose/tube systems and mounting structures/brackets using Creo software.
  • Ensure hands-on experience with hydraulic components and ability to check layouts and understand hydraulic systems/schematics.
  • Provide detailed interpretation of hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot machine hydraulic systems.
  • Support prototype, pilot, or production builds and on-machine hydraulic system tests.
  • Validate hydraulics component selection and sizing.
  • Perform bolted joint analysis and Creo simulation or equivalent FEA analysis.
  • Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) steps.
  • Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and Machine Bill of Material (BOM).
  • Take accountability for design decisions.
  • Develop new technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new products, processes, or systems.
  • Communicate results effectively to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Active participation in a Technical Society (SAE, IEEE etc.).
  • 6 Sigma Black Belt & PMP Certification.
