Electrical Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Drafting Specialist to play a key role in our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed panel integration drawings, shop drawings, and wiring connections.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with engineers to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in line with customer expectations and company standards. You will perform calculations for actual material requirements, prepare work status reports, and identify potential design problems for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed panel integration drawings, shop drawings, and wiring connections.
  • Perform calculations for actual material requirements as per approved shop drawings.
  • Prepare and share work status reports.
  • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the Line Manager.
  • Communicate with engineers and incorporate suggestions into drawings.

You will also be responsible for ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations, adhering to standard company engineering procedures, and fostering positive communication with team members, management, vendors, and clients.

This role requires strong technical skills, including working knowledge of Eplan, Propanel, P8 Software, Autodesk & AutoCAD. A minimum diploma degree in a relevant field, preferably electrical background, is required. More than five years of experience in a similar field is preferred.
