Embedded Software Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, firmware development, and software design. They will be responsible for providing advanced engineering design services and support to our regional engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a passion for innovation. They will also be committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced engineering design services and support to regional engineering teams
  • Collaborate with customers to develop, test, and debug firmware
  • Assist with code creation, driver development, and MCUs based on ARM Cortex, RISC-V, and proprietary cores
  • Design technical demonstrations, including PoCs, showcasing microcontroller, microprocessor, and FPGA capabilities in real-world applications
  • Create high-quality documentation, including technical guides, application notes, and training materials
  • Share technical expertise by delivering training sessions and workshops for internal engineers and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics, semiconductors, embedded processors, and FPGA design
  • Proven experience in firmware development across multiple microcontroller platforms based on ARM Cortex, RISC-V, and proprietary cores
  • Advanced proficiency in C, C++ for embedded systems, familiarity with Python
  • Experience with kernel debugging, device tree customization, and interfacing hardware peripherals through custom drivers
