Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

As a skilled Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge embedded systems for Android-based devices. Your expertise in C/C++ development, object-oriented design, and strong understanding of OS concepts will enable the team to create high-performance, efficient, and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining embedded Android drivers for graphics and multimedia applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate driver components into the Android framework.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to graphics, display, and audio functionality.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded Android/driver/kernel development.
  • Strong C/C++ development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, effective in collaborating with peers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Surface Flinger, OpenGL, Vulkan, HWC, DRM, and Mesa.
  • Hands-on experience with fixing graphics CTS/VTS defects.
  • Strong background in embedded systems development, with knowledge of X86 Architecture.
  • Good debugging skills, with experience in using tools like tombstone, anr, systrace.
