Job Title

A Senior Analyst role that focuses on reviewing and analyzing electronic communication alerts for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing alerts generated from automated surveillance systems to detect potential violations of company policies and regulations.
  • Performing audio surveillance by listening to voice communications of recorded employees to detect potential violations.
  • Properly documenting rationales with accurate, complete, and organized written commentary for audit trail.
  • Driving the enhancement and improvement of the communication surveillance program.
Requirements:
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify potential issues.
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
