Store Manager - Made-to-Measure Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our made-to-measure team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and client relationships, while ensuring smooth coordination with tailoring and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Consultation: Deliver strong sales through client consultations and upselling to meet and exceed targets.
  • Customer Service: Guide MTM measurement, styling, and order processes to ensure high-end clients receive personalized service.
  • Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination with tailoring and production teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store visual merchandising, stock, hygiene, and brand standards of operation.
  • Client Relationship: Handle high-end clients and provide exceptional after-sales service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Reporting: Report on store targets, appointments, and revenue to inform business decisions.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in premium or luxury retail (menswear preferred) with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer handling skills to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with custom clothing process is an asset but not required.
