About Isprava:

Isprava is a pioneering luxury holiday home provider in India, renowned for serving discerning clients through its dual-pronged approach.

I. Design, construction, furnishing, and management of sophisticated luxury homes that seamlessly blend heritage and modernity with sustainability.

II. Lohono Stays is the hospitality arm specializing in luxury services, refurbishment, and rental management for curated luxury holiday homes from an exclusive list of homeowners.

Purpose: To oversee the comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architecture and master planning projects, ensuring alignment with Isprava's quality standards and timelines. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with regulations and design protocols.

Job Description:

This position requires a skilled professional to lead the architecture, plotting, and master planning of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing project feasibility with land acquisition teams, preparing test-fits as needed, and coordinating with sales, project managers, and consultants to align on space programs and timelines.

The ideal candidate will also schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams, review and provide feedback on consultant deliverables at various project stages, support planning, design, and implementation in line with Isprava standards and protocols, and develop feasibility reports, design proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • B Arch is a must; Masters in Architecture or urban planning is a plus
  • Fluency in the English language (spoken and written) is required
  • Good PPT presentation skills are essential
  • SketchUp knowledge and hands-on experience are necessary
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years from a consultancy background
  • USGBC & Revit knowledge is a plus
  • Site experience is advantageous

Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,200,000 - ₹ 1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
