  • Architect and scale backend systems for our AI-driven finance platform
  • Build APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems
  • Deliver features from scratch in collaboration with our founders
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in backend software engineering
  • Strong builder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a venture-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Top-tier university background (preference given to IITs)
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role
