Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding leadership team of a global Top 100 architecture firm's first India studio.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical service delivery for large-scale projects across various sectors, including Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities will include leading design teams, client meetings, and project coordination, as well as mentoring junior architects and ensuring design intent and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Revit and other design software, and have a strong knowledge of Indian building codes and zoning regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)

This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5-day work week. The selected candidate will be required to travel to UK/Europe offices for training and induction.
