Job Description

You will play a crucial role in helping organizations achieve superior performance through a full range of outsourcing, co-sourcing, and advisory services. Your work will make an impact that matters while you thrive in a dynamic culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.

As a member of our team, you will be exposed to conducting internal audits, policy and controls reviews, process advisory, and regulatory compliance reviews. You will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading / execution of internal audit engagements.
  • Ability to effectively perform technical components of risk assessments.
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Ability to assess and design internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Internal Audit:

  • Ability to enhance quality and efficiency of recommended conduct risk solutions.
  • Ability to conduct internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to set the stage for a successful assessment of client's internal audit processes and controls by collecting and organizing data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post qualification experience in Internal Audit.
  • CA - Fresher.
  • Working with any of the Big 4/Large consulting firms and having experience of internal/statutory audits of financial services clients.
