We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive the growth, adoption, and excellence of our ServiceNow practice. This role combines deep technical leadership with business development, sales enablement, and practice management to ensure we meet or exceed our ServiceNow-related revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for high-quality solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and ServiceNow account teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales quota and direct revenue targets.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow sales, business development, or practice leadership roles with a proven track record of meeting sales quota.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow products, solutions, and market positioning.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
