We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team in Ontario, Canada.
As a key member, you will work closely with top realtors, providing exceptional support through various channels (phone, email, chat). Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English for phone, chat, and email support.
- Reliable equipment (laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, high-speed internet) and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PDF) and a willingness to learn new software.
