Talentbridge Customer Service RepresentativeThis role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities include providing solutions to customer issues, escalating unresolved queries as needed, maintaining accurate customer records, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience, and adhering to internal processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide solutions to customer issues, escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to internal processes and SLAs to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations effectively is required.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are necessary for resolving customer issues efficiently.
- BASIC understanding of customer service tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
